The business problem
Students had no way to see where their effort was actually going. Parents and tutors could see marks but not the pattern of study behind them, which is the thing you can change.
What we changed
Built a daily tracking tool where a student logs activities, current affairs and vocabulary, then rendered that back as effort analysis showing which areas are being neglected. Added a calendar view, WhatsApp status updates so parents stay informed without nagging, and an infographic leaderboard for motivation.
